"Loan terms was confusing"
I was trying to figure out what my monthly payment would actually be, but the details wasn’t clear at all. I kept reading through it and still didn’t feel like I knew what I’d owe each month

"Repayment terms felt a bit rigid"
I can’t say I checked every possible option, but from what I saw, the repayment terms didn’t seem very flexible. It just felt a little too stiff for my situation.

"Pretty disappointing for the price"
I just didn’t feel like this was worth what I paid for it. I kept expecting it to feel a little nicer or work a little better, but even the small details didn’t really stand out. For the price, I wanted more value. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was marked down quite a bit

"Felt a bit like just another ticket number"
The site looked fine at first, but I couldn’t find enough clear info to feel totally comfortable. It kind of gave me that feeling of being just a ticket number instead of an actual customer. I wasn’t fully sure I could trust it, so I ended up stopping before buying anything...

I feel like it handles privacy well overall. I haven’t noticed anything that feels too invasive, though I can’t say I’ve dug into every setting. So far, it seems safe enough and not overly nosy

"Got there eventually, I guess"
I had a bit of a problem with my order and it was annoying at first. Support took a couple days to get back and sort it out, which wasn’t ideal, but they did fix it in the end, so fair enough. Thanks to the team for getting it handled.

I tried using the site on my phone and it was a mess. Pages kept freezing, and I couldn’t finish what I was trying to do. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel reliable...

I tried reaching out a few times, but the replies were slow and not always clear. To be fair, maybe they were busy, but it still felt like no one really wanted to help me sort things out. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Waited way longer than I expected"
I applied thinking it would be quick, which is kind of embarrassing because I kept telling myself it’d be approved any minute. Instead, the process dragged on way longer than I expected, and I kept checking for updates without getting much clear information. Maybe it goes smoother for other people, but for me the wait was frustrating and not really worth it...

I was really not happy with how unclear the credit check information was. It felt like I wasn’t getting the full picture upfront, and that made me lose trust in the process. I don’t mind a credit check if it’s explained properly, but this just left me feeling unsure and frustrated.

"Support really didn’t help much"
Uh, I didn’t have a great experience with support. It took a while to get replies, and when they did respond, it felt generic, like they were just copying and pasting answers. My actual question never really got addressed, so I kept having to ask the same thing over and over and still didn’t get anywhere. not what I was expecting. I wouldn’t count on them if you need quick help

"Offers were mostly what I needed"
I filled out the form expecting to get stuck with a bunch of offers that didn’t fit me, because that’s usually how these things go for me. But surprisingly, most of the loan options were close to the amount I needed and seemed to match my credit situation.
It did take me a little while to go through the lenders, and of course not every option was ideal, but it wasn’t as frustrating as I thought it would be. If I ever had to compare loans quickly again, I’d probably use it.

"i mean, the document check was..."
i mean, the document check was such a headache. I uploaded everything they asked for and then just sat there waiting with no real update on what was going on. Support did reply, but it felt generic and didn’t actually help me move forward. It ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I signed up for Modern Piggy once just..."
I signed up for Modern Piggy once just to check things out, and quickly the emails and texts started piling up. It felt like every day there was some new promo, reminder, or “don’t miss this” message, which got old really fast.
I tried to figure out how to slow it down or opt out of some of it, but it was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I also reached out and got one of those copy-paste style support replies that didn’t really answer what I was asking, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I’m fine with normal updates here and there, but this was just too much for me. I probably wouldn’t use Modern Piggy again unless they seriously cut back on the marketing and make the communication settings easier to deal with

"Funding took a lot longer than I expected"
I applied because I needed money quickly, and I thought the funding would come through faster. The site gave me the impression that things would move along fast, but I ended up waiting longer than I had planned.
Support was fine when I reached out, but they did not really give me a clear timeline, which was frustrating. It was not a terrible experience overall, but if you need funds right away, I would not rely on it being quick.

"Decent site, but whoever runs this needs to smooth it out"
ModernPiggy is okay overall, but it felt clunkier than it should. Some pages loaded without a problem, but other parts dragged a bit, and I ended up clicking around way more than I expected just to get simple stuff done.

The layout is basic and not hard to look at, but a few areas could be clearer. I did eventually find what I needed, but whoever runs this really needs to clean things up and make the whole experience feel more straightforward.

"Application was kind of a hassle"
So, I tried applying on modernpiggy.com and, it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. Like, some of the steps were a little confusing, and I had to go back a couple of times because I missed or misunderstood something. The site loaded fine, so that part wasn’t really an issue, but the whole process just felt like it could’ve been a lot more straightforward. Not terrible or anything, just, you know, kind of frustrating
